MALFROY motor lodge Rotorua accommodation offers great accommodation options for families. Our larger apartments are well set up providing a full kitchen with a free standing oven, extractor fan, microwave, fridge with small freezer, pots, pans, bowls, kitchen equipment, and cutlery, crockery and glassware for 6 people. They are great in the cooler months too, as they are all centrally heated by our own geo-thermal bore – which is working 7 x 24 x 365 to bring hot water up from 130 metres down.

Our 2 Bedroom Apartments are set around our courtyard area. All apartments have outside table and chairs, and in the evenings the parents can sit, relax and get to know each other – over a glass of something cold shaded by our fantastic Indian Bean Tree.

For families of younger children, we also have a play area over by the office that comes with a climbing tower, fireman’s pole, slide, swings, and a play house.

Located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, MALFROY motor lodge Rotorua accommodation is also a short walk from the main Shopping Mall and the city center. Being centrally located MALFROY is very conveniently positioned for trips to any of the major attractions, including Whakarewarewa (we can teach you how to say this properly), Wai-O-Tapu, Te Puia, Hells Gate etc. We are also only a few minutes’ drive from horse riding, tennis courts, indoor swimming pool, 3 golf courses, and of course, mountain biking.
